COVID-19 Shipping Delays

My order still hasn't arrived yet?  Is everything okay?

Some of you may have ordered items recently and have wondered why they haven't arrived yet.  We assure you that any item you have ordered is being made and will ship to you... it may just take a little longer than what you're used to from us.

Why the delays?

All of the products on our site are made on demand, which means we don't produce the item until you order it. During the holidays, items are produced 5-7 days after being ordered and are shipped directly to the customer after.  To do this efficiently, we work with multiple production partners to produce the ever increasing selection of merchandise in our store.

Currently USPS is experiencing unprecedented volume and limited employee availability due to the ongoing pandemic.  As a result, some orders are experiencing abnormal delays.  Once shipped we are not responsible for delays caused by USPS (but we'll be happy to help you with tracking information or next steps if you'd like to follow up further).
