Exchanges 

We have a 14 day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Any exchanged item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.

To minimize exchanges and get you wearing your gear quickly, we please ask that you carefully review all product information and utilize the attached sizing guides before ordering. 

All exchanges must be authorized prior to acceptance by emailing us directly at contact@runnerisms.com.

Returns

All of our items are made-to-order, and we do not currently accept returns unless an item is damaged or defective.  For this reason, we ask that you carefully review all product information and utilize the attached sizing guides before ordering.

Damages and issues

If you've received the incorrect item or an item that is defective / damaged, please contact us at contact@runnerisms.com. within 14 days of purchase with your order number and an image of the item(s) you received.  Once verified, we'll do our best to get a replacement order sent out to you quickly.  All replacements will be for the same product and size.

To Initiate the Exchange Process

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us at contact@runnerisms.com. Once authorized, we'll ask that you return the item  and, upon receipt, we will email you a code to be used at checkout for the replacement item.  Customers are responsible for the shipping charges of the returned item as well as shipping on the replacement order.
