All of our shirts are made to order and take 2-7 business days to produce.  Once produced, we quickly ship your order out.  On average, most shirts will arrive a week and a half to two weeks from the time the order was placed.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your items to request an exchange or return. All items for exchange must be in the same condition you received them - unworn and unused.

All exchanges and returns must be authorized prior to acceptance by emailing us directly at contact@runnerisms.com. Once approved, we'll contact you via email to outline the full exchange process.

Excellent Customer Service

I have three Runnersims shirts and love them. They are well made and very comfortable. I recently had an issue with one of the shirts. I emailed Runnerisms and very quickly received a response from the owner, Jason Bull. The next thing I knew, I had a replacement shirt in my mailbox. You can’t go wrong with ordering from this company. Not only is the product exceptional, but so is the customer service.

I bought this shirt for myself and as a gift to my running friends. The first shirt I ordered was a little small even though I normally wear that size. I was easily able to exchange our t-shirts. It was super hassle-free! The new shirts came on Saturday and I wore mine for a run the next day. It was awesome! So soft and comfy! I will definitely buy from Runnerisms again! You can't beat a company that has great customer service and great products!

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

All of our shirts are made to order and take 2-7 business days to produce.  Once produced, we quickly ship your order out.  On average, most shirts will arrive a week and a half to two weeks from the time the order was placed.

What if my item doesn't fit as expected?

We include sizing charts within every product listing to help you find your perfect fit, but even then sometimes things don't fit as expected (don't worry, we've got you covered). Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to request a size exchange. All items for exchange must be in the same condition you received them - unworn and unused with the original tags.

What is your return policy?

All of our t-shirts are made to order and are considered final sale with the exception of damaged or incorrect items.  For this reason, we ask that you carefully review all product information and utilize the attached sizing guides before ordering. If you've received the incorrect item or an item that is defective / damaged, please contact us at contact@runnerisms.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and an image of the item(s) you received.  Once verified, we'll do our best to get a replacement order sent out to you quickly.  All replacements will be for the same product and size
